Let's name this rig 'Nick' after its creator Nick Zuccarello (www.nickzucc.blogspot.com). It's is probably fully compatible with Blender 2.57b in the sense that it does not seem to have any FK/IK switching problems - the feet are always IK (they don't follow the body's motion) and the hands are always FK (they do follow the body's motion).

I've included this rig because it demonstrates very well how a rig can be given 'soft flesh' which moves realistically as the joints bend. Download it HERE.
